Schwaben Brau Das Naturtrube

This 5.0% ABV unfiltered pilsner beer is from the Dinkelacker Schwaben Brau brewery of Stuttgart, Germany. It is imported by S&H. 

The beer pours a hazy honey golden. There is over an inch of foamy white head. The aroma is straw, hay, grain, thick bread crust, honey, and a bit musky. The taste follows the aromas, lots of old fashioned farm, with its grain, straw, hay, grass, honey, with a classic lager funkiness. The finish is moderately bitter. The beer drinks easy, soft, with a very light carbonation.
