The beer pours a dark golden in color with a short white
head that does not last long. There is a mild aroma of light malty grain and
very light apple, with just a touch of lager funk. The taste follows the
aromas, but is actually slightly better, mildly malty, drinking smooth and
moderately carbonated. There is just a bit of a wet cardboard off note in the
aftertaste. This is a touch bit better than Tecate.
