Stillwater Yacht

This is a 4.2% dry-hopped session lager. It is from Stillwater Artisanal Ales with this can brewed at Stratford, Connecticut.

The beer pours a lightly hazed yellow golden. There is about an inch of ragged white head. The aroma is bread dough, grass, citrus, flowers and jasmine. The taste follows the aromas, hitting all of the same notes. The beer drinks easy, crisp, with a dry and moderately bitter finish. This is really tasty and nice to drink; not much more to say than that.
